JP Nunez

CEO and Founder

JP Nunez has more than two decades of aviation experience and a sincere passion for helping his clients come up with the best solutions for their airplane needs. Before founding JPN Aviation, JP spent nearly three years as a partner in sales for a leading aircraft sales company, yielding highly satisfactory results in sales volume. Before that position, he worked at Gulfstream Aerospace for more than 22 years, with all his time spent in sales.


He served nearly 18 years as a regional

vice president of sales, during which he transformed a competitor-owned territory into a Gulfstream-owned territory. JP received the honor of the top achiever sales vice president in international sales for two years while there.


His deep-rooted relationships with

high-net-worth individuals position him as an aircraft buying and acquisition leader. JP is passionate about strategic approaches to serving his clients' best interests. He is committed to listening to them and prioritizing their needs.


JP graduated as an aerospace engineer from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.


Al Baylis

Sales Support and Transactions Director

Allan Baylis' aviation background spans over 37 years, and his experience in business and private aviation is invaluable to his clients.

From service to manufacturing to sales, Allan is skilled in nearly every facet of aviation. This experience positions him as a leader in his field.

 

Before joining JPN Aviation, Allan spent more than a year as a sales director at a prominent brokerage, and before that, 25 years at Gulfstream Aerospace in various roles. While at Gulfstream, he dedicated most of his time as a sales engineer for the worldwide sales team, helping sell more than 1,400 aircraft worth billions of dollars. He has extensive domestic and international sales experience, serving clients in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

 

His knowledge of private jets and industry experience can save clients time and money. Allan's fascination with airplanes developed early, and that fascination continues to serve his clients today. His driving force is his passion for aviation, combined with the desire to guide his clients to make the best choice for aircraft acquisition.

 

Allan proudly served in the United States Air Force. He is also a licensed single-engine pilot and an aircraft and powerplant technician.


Bill Arrazola

Senior Sales Advisor

Bill Arrazola brings to our company a vast experience and strong network in the business aircraft industry, he has immeasurable knowledge of how our industry works and functions. As a veteran in the aviation industry, he has built solid relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families throughout the Americas.


Before joining the JPN Aviation team, he held positions at Citation Cessna, Astra Jet, Dassault Falcon Jet, and Gulfstream Aerospace. While at Gulfstream, Bill was recognized as one of the top sales members for selling the most Gulfstream jets in his territory in Latin America, transforming Brazil into Gulfstream territory. His extensive experience as a former sales senior advisor for a jet company, his industry knowledge of products, and his expansive network make Bill a valuable asset to JPN Aviation.


Bill proudly served as a pilot in the United States Navy. 

Gabriela Frattari

Finance and Marketing Director

Gabriela Frattari is very experienced professional on the finance field. Before joining JPN Aviation, she worked as a fixed-income account executive and treasury at well-established banks. She has also worked at an international brokerage firm in South America as a corresponding investment executive, responsible for investor relationships and marketing.


Her sharp mind for finance and numbers makes her an invaluable asset to the team. In addition, her common-sense approach and practicality in business serve clients well. Gabriela is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. 


Andrea Nunez

Sales Support - Intern

Andrea Nunez is anxious to start her career in the industry, serving as a sales support intern at JPN Aviation. Her academic accomplishments and her determination to work hard have paid off. She was a varsity tennis player and was active in performing arts through middle and high school. She received an International Baccalaureate diploma when she graduated high school.


Andrea is working towards a degree from Questrom School of Business at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
